Exhibitors need to be informed about the following prior to the event. Besides the web pages and announcements, all information should be given in one PDF document that can be downloaded from the web site and mailed to potential exhibitors.

  • What happens if the exhibitor's equipment is damaged by

[Edit]7 At the event

At the event itself, exhibitors need the Visitor information, plus:

  • Contact: Exhibitors need to know whom to contact in case of questions. This should be no more than two members of the event team, who have to be available at short notice.
  • Location: Exhibitors need to be shown the exhibition area. Ideally, the Exhibition Manager should give exhibitors a tour of the whole location.
  • Networking: Exhibitors might need more advanced access than visitors. This requires different access data.
