This page should list the different areas of responsibility and expertise that have to be covered, resulting in several team positions.

[Edit]1 Important things to note

  • The positions have to be carefully defined and delineated, so as to avoid meddling in the affairs of others on one hand, and leaving ground uncovered on the other hand.
  • Seperate positions don't necessarily mean that they cannnot be filled by one person. However, great care has to be taken that one person is not overstretched.
  • Ideally, there should be a backup person for each position in case an event team member has to quit. If that isn't the case, the event team should agree upon who should take over which position in case of emergency prior to everything else. To keep the workload at a bearable level, the work of the position in questions could be split among several other persons. In any case, those who might have to fill in for somebody else should make themselves somewhat acquainted with their potential duties at the beginning.
